New iPhone 8 Design Leaked Images

The leaked images demonstrate the flagship from all sides and show a metal frame with edge-to-edge screen and a shiny all glass back, totally different from the metal-backed iPhone 7.

The leakers expect that the iPhone 8 will be 144 x 71 x 7.7mm, design is slightly larger and thicker than the previous iPhone 7 which has dimensions of 138.3 x 67.1 x 7.1mm. When it comes to button position, it looks similar to what we have seen before, on the bottom edge there are two speaker grids and a Lightning connector, a power button on the right side while volume buttons and silent switcher on the left.

We find also the much rumored vertically orientation dual-lens camera, instead of the horizontally aligned on the predecessor 7 Plus. this redesign could be required to serve the future augmented reality functions.

Rumors are swirling that the fingerprint reader could be incorporated either under the display or into the Apple logo on the rear side.

As Apple has allegedly been working on many prototypes, we can not be sure until September, when the iPhone 8 is likely to be announced officially.
